Here are the takeaways from the Colts first practice of the week: -It’s a trip to injured reserve for WR-Alec Pierce (heel), meaning a minimum 4-game absence: Texans, Commanders (London), at Steelers, Titans. For Colts fans, it’s the next chapter for one of the franchise’s most dependable defenders of the past decade. Moore went undrafted in 2017 and became a fixture in the Indianapolis secondary, where he made his name as one of the NFL’s best nickel cornerbacks. He was named to the Pro Bowl in 2021. His Colts career ended in May, when the team released him after it couldn’t find a trade partner .
