KKR Donates to Teachers in All 50 States + D.C.

Our friends at KKR are celebrating their 50th anniversary by partnering with AdoptAClassroom.org® to give back to schools in their communities. This summer, KKR and its employees will surprise teachers in all 50 states, plus the District of Columbia, with donations to stock their classrooms before the 2026-2027 school year begins. Their generosity will help teachers like Kerri, a past KKR donation recipient from Indiana. While teachers spend an average of $895 on their classroom each year, Kerri estimates her personal out-of-pocket costs are even higher. She devotes roughly half of her paycheck to purchasing classroom materials, ranging from age-appropriate learning activities to cleaning supplies. Funds raised at checkout in June will be dedicated to sustaining quality athletics programs in high-needs schools. For the 14th consecutive year, ACE Cash Express is partnering with AdoptAClassroom.org for its annual Give A Little Campaign. From May 1 to May 31, 2026, associates at 237 ACE locations across the country are encouraging customers to donate to AdoptAClassroom.org at checkout to stock local classrooms with essential learning supplies. Since 2013, ACE and its customers have donated more than $878,000 to fund classrooms in its communities. Last year, Selene was one of the teachers surprised with an AdoptAClassroom.org donation thanks to ACE Cash Express. She used the unexpected gift to purchase engaging books and hands-on learning activities that helped her students apply academic concepts through collaborative play.
