    The LowRider Aero Tandem SUP by BOTE is one of the coolest upgrades we made to our Baja camp/RV kit this season. Not only is this an amazing stand-up paddle board – it’s also a kayak hybrid that packs into a nice bag so you can take it with you. Pretty sweet that for the size of a large suitcase and about 50 pounds, we have a boat packed with us anywhere we go.     You all should know by now that I’m a huge fan of Smith Sunglasses. They are classy, look good, but also keep up with my active lifestyle. I’m still wearing these sunglasses (https://www.adventurerig.com/smithwander/) that I got about 4 years ago and wearing sunnies daily puts a lot of wear on them. They are still going strong. My point is, I know Smith sunglasses are an investment upfront but they will last you a long time. I love the Eastbanks because while they look really nice on, they are great for any outdoor activities. They stay on my face, protect my eyes, and the Chromapop lens is amazing.     How did it take me 32 years to realize that I need a heated jacket?! I’m not really sure but I’m glad I have the Crest Heated Jacket by Fieldsheer for all of my cold-weather outdoor activities.     It feels weird to work in overalls that are extremely comfortable, breathable, and stretchy all while being durable. Every time I slip on the T1 Overalls by Truewerk I’m truly baffled by just how comfortable they are. The T1 fabric is definitely what sets these apart from other workwear overalls but they also fit nicely, have the perfect amount of pockets, and look good on. I dig what Truewerk is doing with the fit of these overalls. They’re built slightly differently than other overalls I’ve tried and they kind of hug my hips and waist nicely so that it doesn’t look like I’m wearing a bag. I was quite surprised by Truewerk’s sizing and I should mention that I went strictly off of their size chart and it was off.     The Cloud Shorts (and pants) by Truewerk are appropriately named. They are comfortable for all-day wear, whether you’re working or playing. I love that these are simple work shorts and they’re not built with bulletproof ballistic nylon material that will protect you from anything you may encounter. For my work, I need lightweight shorts that breathe well and don’t have a lot of frills that are ultimately going to cause chaffing after a long day. These shorts are everything that you need and nothing that you don’t and are superior in the comfort department. What makes these shorts so comfortable is the waistband which is partially elastic. They just fit so well and are a dialed fit whether it’s the beginning of our busy season or the end. There’s also an internal drawstring and belt loops if you need them.     We’ve worked with MattressInsider on a couple of custom mattress projects now and we are continually blown away by what they can do and their product. Not only can they make any size or shape mattress, but the mattresses are extremely comfortable. We decided to totally build out the space where our old mattress (can you even call it that, they were just dinette cushions) was so that we can maximize what little space we have and sleep more comfortably.     After at least 10 years, it was finally time for an upgrade for my knee and shin protection. I’m psyched to be wearing the Dual Axis Knee and Shin Guard by Leatt. They provide ample protection and are comfortable for all-day wear. I personally like the hard plastic protection, but Leatt makes several variations of knee and shin guards. A great benefit to the Dual Axis design is that the knee pivots with your natural kneed movement which both offers amazing protection and also keeps the guard in place. For sizing, I went strictly off of Leatt’s size chart. I’m 5’10 and 160 pounds. I would say I have bigger thighs, which can sometimes be an issue for products like this.
